We overheard that former President Aquino III has his counter affidavit. Aquino's counter affidavit contradicts the findings of Senate, PNP-BOI which found him responsible for Mamasapano mission.
Aquino said "I could have immediately ordered and directed the conduct of reinforcement measures". Aquino also said he was fed false and misleading information.
He also said "I did not directly participate in the planning and execution of Oplan Exodus, neither did I approve it".
Napenas said to former President Aquino" Stop Blaming Subordinates, Face the Truth."
