We overheard that there was incident that happened at the corner of Claro M. Recto and Sto Cristo street in Manila. There was a female that was walking then suddenly a man grabbed her earrings.
After the incident the tanods responded to the scene but suspect was no where to be found. The suspects know expensive earrings and could determine them with fancy ones. The Public is advised not to wear expensive accessories to avoid these situations.
