We overheard that Edgar Motobato is now in the custody of the PNP. Matobato was emotional when he surrendered to the PNP. The PNP will make's sure of his safety. He surrendered after the warrant of arrest was issued by the RTC. He was accompanied by Trillianes.
We also overheard that the PNP Chief made sure of his safety. In the event that Matobato is needed to be transferred to Davao, Triliannes if needed, is willing to accompany him to make sure of Matobato's safety. Matobato's lawyer tried to fix the bail of Matobato at the Q.C. RTC but due to lack of the necessary documents it was not done. Matobato will be staying with the PNP Custodial Center for the weekend.
