We overheard that the DSWD has placed a 1.2 Billion standby fund for the possible effects on the upcoming typhoon. The local government units have already been informed.
In line with the list of protocols that they follow, tourist activities like diving, mountaineering, swimming has been temporarily suspended particularly in northern Luzon. The DSWD assurred that food or relief is already prepared for those areas that will be affected.
The clearing equipments of the local government is also prepared. The government has 562 quick response team that is on stand by.
