We overheard that there is a Romanian that is suspected of using a skimming device. He was caught by the authorities.
The suspect is using a fake ATM card. The banks complained about the suspect because of his unusual behavior such as withrawing in ATM's in different accounts. The suspect was caught with various ATM"S in his possession.
People that are using ATM must be cautious.
