We overheard that the DOLE advised that the releasing of 13th month pay should not exceed Dec 24.
Companies should also give a compliance report that they complied not later than January 15.
All employers must give 13 th month pay that is equivalent to one month Salary whatever their position be on the company and must comply by the labor standard.
